Zoe Mallis, the founder of Just Defrost, is based in Perth, WA, and brings over a decade of expertise in pastry art to the dessert scene. With training from the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu in London, she honed her skills in high-end kitchens before becoming the head pastry chef and owner of Kefi & Cake. Now, with Just Defrost, Zoe offers premium frozen pastry products crafted for cafés, hotels, and supermarkets, allowing people to enjoy handcrafted desserts without the hassle of preparation. Her aim is to simplify dessert service, without compromising on quality
